Zhito Finance APP News, Xunzhong Communication (02597.HK) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and completion took place on September 17, 2026. A total of 11.19 million placing shares (representing approximately 8.42% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately after completion) have been successfully placed to not fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$28.20 per placing share in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the placing agreement.
