Visionox (002387.SZ) and Gu'an Yungu plan to sign a technology licensing contract with its associate company Hefei Visionox

Zhitong Finance APP News, Visionox (002387.SZ) has announced that, in order to advance the technology upgrade and construction of the display panel production line of the company's controlled subsidiary Cloud Valley (Gu'an) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gu'an Cloud Valley"), the company and Gu'an Cloud Valley intend to sign a "Technology License Contract" with the associate company Hefei Visionox. Hefei Visionox will provide the company and Gu'an Cloud Valley with the corresponding patent and proprietary technology licenses in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract. Gu'an Cloud Valley, as the sole obligor for payment of the technology license fee, shall pay the corresponding patent technology license fee in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract. Based on the evaluation results, all parties to the transaction have reached a unanimous agreement through consultation that the technology license fee (including tax) for this transaction shall be RMB 300 million.
