Cloud Smart Technology (01037.HK): Boss Financing appointed as independent financial adviser

Zhitong Finance APP News, VSTECS Holdings (01037.HK) announced that Boss Financial Limited (Boss Financial, a licensed corporation permitted under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities) has been appointed as the independent financial adviser to provide advice to the independent board committee regarding the offer, in particular, to provide a recommendation to the independent shareholders on whether the share offer is fair and reasonable and whether to accept it, and to provide a recommendation to the option holders on its view of the share option offer. The appointment of Boss Financial has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
