(603166.SH) announced that, in order to optimize its product structure and deepen its expansion into the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, the company established a Large Marine and Power Generation Crankshaft Business Division in June 2026, aiming to promote specialized operations in diesel and natural gas generator application fields such as marine power, backup and emergency power, distributed energy, and large industrial power, and to carry out more systematic market expansion work. The company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds of RMB 629 million to invest in the construction of a large marine and power generation crankshaft digital-intelligent production line project.
