Wuhan cross-border logistics service provider WODO (WODO.US) increases U.S. IPO size by 340%, aiming to raise $33 million.
Zhito Finance APP has learned that Wuhan, China-based cross-border freight and logistics services provider Wodo (WODO.US) raised the proposed size of its upcoming IPO on Wednesday. The Wuhan, China-based company now plans to offer 6 million shares at a price range of $5 to $6, raising $33 million. The company had previously filed for 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. Based on the midpoint of the adjusted range, the fundraising amount would be 340% higher than previously expected, with a market value of $190 million.
