H World Group-S (01179.HK) completes the issuance of RMB3.35 billion senior unsecured bonds.

Zhito Finance APP News, H World Group-S (01179.HK) announced that it has completed the offering of RMB3.35 billion principal amount of senior unsecured bonds denominated in RMB, which were offered outside the United States in offshore transactions to non-U.S. persons pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The bond offering includes RMB3.35 billion of 2.25% bonds due 2031. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the bond offering for general corporate purposes.
