Postal Savings Bank (01658.HK): Sun Maozhu assumes the role of independent non-executive director.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Postal Savings Bank of China (01658.HK) announced that the bank's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting deliberated and approved the proposal to elect Mr. Sun Maozhu as an independent non-executive director of the bank. The bank recently received the "Reply of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Sun Maozhu as an Independent Director of Postal Savings Bank of China" (Jin Fu [2026] No. 499), pursuant to which the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Mr. Sun Maozhu's qualification. In accordance with relevant regulations, Mr. Sun Maozhu has assumed the position of independent non-executive director of the bank effective September 11, 2026, with a term of 3 years. At the same time, Mr. Sun Maozhu serves as the chairman and a member of the Audit Committee of the bank's Board of Directors, a member of the Related Party Transaction Control Committee of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors.
