3D printing is booming, and major materials supplier Amaero (AMRO.US) has finalized its $53 million listing terms.
Zhito Finance APP has learned that Amaero (AMRO.US), which makes titanium and refractory metal powders and sells them to defense and aerospace 3D printing, announced the terms of its Nasdaq IPO on Tuesday (September 15). The company, headquartered in McDonald, Tennessee, plans to issue 7.5 million shares at an assumed offering price of $7.06 per share, raising $53 million.
