On September 15 local time, AI company Anthropic announced that it will open an office in Singapore in October, marking the company's fifth office location in the Asia-Pacific region. The company said this move is part of its efforts to expand its Asia-Pacific business footprint, driven primarily by growing enterprise customer demand for Claude. Anthropic stated that Singapore ranks among the top globally in per capita Claude usage, with demand particularly strong in regulated industries such as financial services and government.
