Zhitong Finance APP News, Dingtai Gaoke (01377.HK) announced that in order to promote the Group's overall strategic layout and actively leverage the Group's development advantages in the PCB field, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Dingtaixin Electronics Co., Ltd. (Dingtaixin) will sign an investment agreement with the People's Government of Houjie Town, Dongguan City. According to the investment agreement, Dingtaixin will invest in and construct the Dingtaixin Advanced New Materials Manufacturing Base Project in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. This project is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of non-woven abrasive brushes, ceramic abrasive brushes, brush grinding wheels, functional film products, glass coating, and other products.
