Dingtai Gaoke (301377.SZ) plans to invest 700 million yuan to build the Dingtaixin advanced new materials manufacturing base project.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Dingtai Gaoke (301377.SZ) announced that, in order to promote the company's overall strategic layout and actively leverage its development advantages in the PCB field, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Dingtaixin Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingtaixin") plans to sign the "Dingtaixin Advanced New Materials Manufacturing Base Project Investment Agreement" with the Dongguan Houjie Town People's Government, and plans to invest in and construct the "Dingtaixin Advanced New Materials Manufacturing Base Project" within the TOD area of Houjie Town, Dongguan City. The total project investment is RMB 700 million, of which fixed asset investment (including buildings, structures and their ancillary facilities, equipment investment, and land costs, etc.) is RMB 560 million.
