Slac (300382.SZ) subsidiary plans to establish a joint venture, Slac (Nanning) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhitong Finance APP News, SLAC (300382.SZ) announced that, based on the company's overall strategic layout and its own business development needs, the company's controlled subsidiary Xinxiang Shengda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xinxiang Shengda") intends to sign a "Joint Venture Agreement" with Shanghai Jiangfeng Shantai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. ("Jiangfeng Shantai") and Jiaozuo Chenshuo Industrial Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Jiaozuo Chenshuo"). In line with the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, Xinxiang Shengda, Jiangfeng Shantai, and Jiaozuo Chenshuo intend to jointly contribute capital to establish SLAC (Nanning) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 60 million yuan, with Xinxiang Shengda contributing 39.6 million yuan, accounting for 66%.
