On September 15, the State Administration for Market Regulation, together with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, convened an administrative guidance meeting for the online hotel booking platform services industry, guiding platform enterprises in the industry to strictly implement their primary responsibilities for compliance, prevent and defuse industry competition risks, and maintain a healthy and orderly tourism market environment. Subsequently, Fliggy issued a statement: We firmly support the administrative guidance of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for online hotel booking platform service enterprises, and strictly comply with the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and other legal provisions. We will work with all parties in the industry to resolutely oppose unfair competitive practices such as "exclusive exclusive cooperation" and "lowest price across the entire network," defend merchants' operational autonomy, respect merchants' independent pricing rights, and promote high-quality development of the industry.
