Penghua Fund: ESG ETF may trigger fund contract termination circumstances.

Penghua Fund announced that its Penghua CSI ESG300 Exchange-Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund had, as of September 15, 2026, seen its number of fund unit holders remain below 200 for 40 consecutive working days. According to the fund contract, if this situation occurs for 50 consecutive working days, the fund manager will terminate the fund contract and enter the fund asset liquidation procedure, without the need to convene a fund unit holders' meeting. After the fund enters the liquidation procedure, subscription, redemption, and other business will no longer be available.
