Huajian Group: Huajian Digital Innovation has completed restructuring, the equity transfer has been completed, with a 51.26% shareholding.

Huajian Group announced that its subsidiary Huajian Shuchuang's reorganization plan, previously disclosed, was approved by the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court and the reorganization proceedings were terminated. Recently, the Shanghai Jing'an District Market Supervision Administration has completed and publicized the equity transfer of Huajian Shuchuang, with Shanghai Yunzhu Investment Co., Ltd. holding 51.26% and Shanghai Modern Architectural Design Co., Ltd. holding 48.74%. Huajian Shuchuang has completed its reorganization and will subsequently implement the operating plan in the draft reorganization plan.
