Shanghai SK Automation Technology announced that the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Wang Yinglin and Pan Yanqing, cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's shares by 787,066 shares through centralized bidding transactions from September 11 to September 14, 2026, with the increase accounting for approximately 1% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of Wang Yinglin and Pan Yanqing increased from 46.40% to 47.02%. This equity change will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, and the increase plan is still within its implementation period.
