Shanghai Electric announced that the company transferred its 47.4% equity interest in Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. through a public listing on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, with both the listing price and transaction price set at 1 yuan, and the transferee being Nanjing Gotion Holding Group Co., Ltd. Recently, the conditions for the effectiveness of the Equity Transaction Contract have been fulfilled. The company and its controlled subsidiaries will no longer provide any guarantees or loans to Electric Gotion. The company has received the Equity Transaction Certificate issued by the Exchange, and this transaction is completed.
