Zhuhai Duty Free Group: Huafa Group's equity transfer is underway, Gree Group will hold a 44.95% stake.

Zhuhai Duty Free Group announced that the company previously disclosed that Huafa Group intends to transfer to Gree Group its directly or indirectly held assets, including a 96.28% equity interest in Haitou Company and a 23% equity interest in Duty Free Group. After the change, Gree Group will indirectly hold a 44.95% equity interest in the company through Haitou Company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the equity transfer matter is still in progress; Toujie Company has paid a transaction consideration of RMB 1.655 billion, the guarantee liability of RMB 1.381 billion has been fully released, and the deregistration and amendment registration for the release of the remaining RMB 263 million guarantee has not yet been completed.
