Dingsheng New Material announced that the company had previously planned to sell its 0.5714% equity interest in Sanmenxia Aluminum to Jiaozuo Wanfang; because Jiaozuo Wanfang decided to withdraw the application documents for this restructuring, the transaction plan for the company to sell its 0.5714% equity interest in Sanmenxia Aluminum was accordingly terminated. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company still holds this equity interest.
