Argentina makes final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese washing machines

On September 14, 2026, the Argentine Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 1544 of 2026, making a negative final anti-dumping ruling on washing machines originating in China and deciding not to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved. The products involved are washing machines with a single-tub capacity not exceeding 13 kilograms, excluding washing machines with heat drying systems, as well as washing machines with coin-operated devices or designed to be equipped with coin-operated devices. The MERCOSUR tariff numbers of the products involved are 8450.11.00, 8450.12.00, 8450.19.00 and 8450.20.20. The announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
