Richard Liu's yacht company takes a stake in Skywalker Yachts.

Tianyancha App shows that Fujian Tianxingzhe Yacht Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, adding Shenzhen Tanhai Yacht Industry Development Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Sea Expandary, an independent yacht brand founded by Liu Qiangdong, as a shareholder. Fujian Tianxingzhe Yacht Co., Ltd. was established in December 2022, with Jiang Zuguang as its legal representative and registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes shipbuilding, ship design, and manufacturing of marine supporting equipment. It is currently jointly held by Jiang Zuguang, Zhejiang Fuqi Xiangyu Technology Co., Ltd., and the aforementioned new shareholder. According to media reports, Liu Qiangdong's personally invested yacht brand Sea Expandary has previously completed the delivery of an 80% equity acquisition of Tianxingzhe Yacht.
