Russia says the city where the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is located has been without power for four consecutive days.

On September 14, Pukhov, the mayor of Enerhodar the city hosting the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and appointed by the Russian side reported that targeted Ukrainian attacks had damaged multiple power lines supplying the city, leaving the entire city completely without electricity for four consecutive days. The damage points are located outside the city, and it is currently impossible to determine when power will be restored. Critical infrastructure, medical facilities, and life-support systems are currently running on backup power. Earlier that day, Pukhov reported that in the early hours of September 14, nine incoming drones were recorded over the city, seven of which attacked a food store. A children's art school was damaged, with windows shattered, and no casualties were reported.
