Gsheng Tang announced that the company plans to sign a "Technology Transfer Contract" with Ruitailai to acquire all technology, materials, and rights related to its desvenlafaxine succinate extended-release tablet project, with a transaction amount of RMB 12.636 million, funded by its own funds. The target has completed process validation for the 50mg and 25mg specifications and a bioequivalence study for the 50mg specification, obtained the relevant invention patent for oral solid preparations, and has synergies with the company's existing products. The transaction is priced fairly.
