I. Trump Speaks to Reporters at His Irish Resort
Iran: Trump said Iran is currently "eager" to reach a deal with the United States, and that the war will eventually end, possibly before or after the U.S. midterm elections. He also said the United States will ultimately "extricate itself" from the Iran issue.
Fed and Interest Rate Policy: Speaking about the Fed's next rate decision, Trump said he does not know whether the Fed will raise rates, but believes U.S. interest rates should be "the lowest in the world."

II. Trump Ends Ireland Trip, Speaks to Reporters Before Boarding Air Force One
Iran: Trump further discussed the long-term U.S. arrangement in Iran, saying the United States will eventually leave Iran unless it decides to take an approach similar to Venezuela "stay and take the oil."
U.S.-Canada Trade: Speaking about trade relations with Canada, Trump said Canada is "eager" to reach a deal with the United States, but also called Canada "the hardest country to deal with."
Ireland Trade: Trump said the United States will remove the 10% tariff on Irish whiskey.
$5,000 Check Plan: Trump once again confirmed that the $5,000 check plan will be implemented, saying that tariffs and other items are bringing huge revenue to the U.S. government, potentially reaching trillions of dollars in the future.
"9/11" Related Records: Trump said he will look into whether to further release records related to the "9/11" attacks.
