CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01093): The New Drug Application for Anitumab (KN 026) in combination with Docetaxel for Injection (Albumin-Bound) (HB1801) for first-line treatment of advanced breast cancer has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration.

Zhitong Finance APP News, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01093) announced that the new drug application for anbotuximab ("KN 026"), jointly developed by the company's subsidiary Shanghai JMT-Bio Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., in combination with the group's independently developed docetaxel for injection (albumin-bound) ("HB1801") for first-line treatment of advanced breast cancer, has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration ("NMPA") of the People's Republic of China and included in the priority review and approval procedure. The indication for this marketing application is anbotuximab in combination with docetaxel (albumin-bound) for first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ("HER2")-positive adult breast cancer. Previously, the combination therapy of KN 026 and HB1801 for this indication had been granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation by the NMPA.
