The fund type is a contractual closed-end fund, with a fund contract term of 62 years. The total number of fund units approved for offering is 500 million. Your company is approved to serve as the fund manager of the fund, and China Construction Bank Corporation is approved to serve as the fund custodian of the fund. The company shall conduct the fund offering activities within 6 months from the date of issuance of this approval, and the offering period shall not exceed 3 months from the date of commencement of the sale of fund units.
