One of the actual controllers, Mr. Wang An, has transferred 45% of his shares in Andeli Group to his daughter, Ms. Wang Meng, while shareholder Ms. Yang Yuhua has transferred 10% of her shares in Andeli Group to Ms. Wang Shujuan.
