According to the Qichacha APP, Wuhan NIO Energy Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 1.784 billion yuan to 7.484 billion yuan. Qichacha shows that the company was established in May 2017, with Guo Chenggang as the legal representative, and is wholly owned by NIO Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
