As of 5 PM on August 17, according to Wind data, a total of 124 listed companies in the A-share market have announced their profit distribution plans for the first half of 2026, with a total cash dividend of 101.885 billion yuan proposed. Among them, China Mobile ranks first with a proposed cash distribution of 54.426 billion yuan, followed by CATL and Hikvision, both proposing cash amounts exceeding 5 billion yuan. From an industry perspective, the chemical sector is the most active, followed by machinery equipment and electronics. Overall, listed companies have shown a significantly enhanced willingness to return value to shareholders, with a strong inclination towards cash dividends.
