Zhitong Finance APP News, Qihe Environmental Protection (00976.HK) announced that starting from August 17, 2026: (i) Executive Director Mr. Fu Tao has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee; (ii) Executive Director Mr. Yao Xiang has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company; (iii) Executive Director Mr. Yang Wei has been appointed as the Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and the Pricing Committee respectively; (iv) Executive Director Ms. Zhou Shuli has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee.
