Tai Lingwei announced that the company's original concerted action relationship will expire on August 24, 2026. Wang Weihang and Huasheng Tiancheng, Sheng Wenjun, Zheng Mingjian, Jin Haipeng, and Lingxiwei signed a new concerted action agreement on August 14, 2026, which will take effect on August 25, 2026, for a term of one year. Zhongyu Zhaotu will not renew the agreement due to entering the liquidation period, and its 1.53% shares in the company will no longer be included in the consolidated calculation. After this change in equity, Wang Weihang will control 28.57% of the company's equity. The actual controller of the company remains unchanged, and there will be no increase or decrease in the actual shareholding quantities of all parties, which will not affect the company's governance structure or ongoing operations.
