Huaxia Fund: Appoints Lin Haihan as the manager of its Hong Kong Stock Connect Dividend Low Volatility ETF.

Huaxia Fund announced that it has appointed Lin Haihan as the fund manager for the Huaxia S&P Hong Kong Stock Connect Low Volatility Dividend ETF, effective August 13, 2026. Lin Haihan began his securities career on July 11, 2022. This fund is an equity-type ordinary open-end fund, with the fund contract effective from November 17, 2025, and it is scheduled to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 27, 2025. The fund will invest no less than 90% of its net assets in the constituent stocks of the target index and its alternative constituent stocks, with an annual management fee of 0.15% and an annual custody fee of 0.05%.
