Zhongding Co., Ltd. announced that the first meeting of the tenth board of directors will be held on August 17, 2026, during which multiple proposals were reviewed and approved: Xia Yingsong was elected as the chairman of the tenth board of directors and concurrently appointed as the general manager of the company; Yi Shanbing, He Shisheng, Ma Xiaopeng, Tang Zhisheng, Zhou Mi, and Jiang Weijian were appointed as vice general managers of the company, with Yi Shanbing also serving as Chief Financial Officer and Jiang Weijian as board secretary; Wang Songyuan was appointed as the representative for securities affairs.
