Jinlu Electronics announced that from June 4, 2026, to August 14, 2026, shareholder Mai Ruiming has cumulatively reduced his holdings in the company by 4.184 million shares, accounting for 1.98% of the total share capital. This includes a reduction of 2.03 million shares through centralized bidding, which represents 0.96% of the total share capital, and a reduction of 2.154 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital. After this change, Mai Ruiming's shareholding ratio decreased from 9.88% to 7.90%, with the equity change reaching a whole number multiple of 1%. This reduction aligns with the previously disclosed reduction plan and has not been fully implemented; it will not lead to a change in control of the company and will not affect the company's ongoing operations.
