Yuntianhua announced that in the first half of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 22.821 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.92%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 2.934 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.14%. The company intends to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date, with a total proposed cash dividend of 365 million yuan. This profit distribution will not include bonus shares nor will it increase share capital from the capital reserve.
