Alibaba announced the release of the AI music model HappyShrimp 1.0, known in Chinese as . HappyShrimp is capable of end-to-end song generation, understanding music as a unique language with grammar, semantics, and context. For user requests regarding language descriptions, lyrics, musical styles, emotions, eras, and vocals, the model does not handle these elements separately before stitching them together. Instead, it plans as a whole, creates synchronously, and considers long-term structure, resulting in a complete song.
