Desay Battery announced that in the first half of 2026, the companys revenue was 10.716 billion yuan, an increase of 9.78% year-on-year; net profit was 205 million yuan, an increase of 110.44% year-on-year; net profit excluding non-recurring items was 171 million yuan, an increase of 157.32% year-on-year; and the net cash flow generated from operating activities was 365 million yuan, a decrease of 39.13% year-on-year. In addition, the company agreed on April 21 for its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Battery to launch a consumer cell business, gradually building new production lines and supporting facilities. Once the project reaches full capacity, it will have an annual production capacity of 200 million units, with an expected investment not exceeding 2.5 billion yuan. The first phase will be completed by the end of 2027, with an annual production capacity of 60 million units and a corresponding investment not exceeding 1 billion yuan.
