AIDES Bio: Ai Huijie has been approved for a new companion diagnostic indication in Japan.

According to news from Aidesen Biotechnology, on August 17, Aidesen Biotechnology and Riken Genesis Co., Ltd. jointly announced that the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has approved Aidesen Biotechnology's independently developed Aihui Jie as a companion diagnostic for Sehingtu in Japan. Sehingtu is produced and marketed by Boehringer Ingelheim Japan and is indicated for the treatment of patients with HER2 mutation positive non-small cell lung cancer who have experienced disease progression after chemotherapy or have unresectable advanced or recurrent disease.
