The previous week, the CSRC approved Wanlian Securities as the major shareholder of Chang'an Fund, resulting in Wanlian Securities holding a 63.70% stake post-transfer. This indicates that, following the change in the controlling shareholder, Chang'an Fund's governance structure is also undergoing adjustments. It is reported that the newly appointed chairman, Chen Zhuoquan, is currently the Chief Information Officer of Wanlian Securities, possessing nearly twenty years of experience in securities information technology.
