On the 14th, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on social media that the Ukrainian military attacked an energy facility in Russia's Leningrad Oblast in the northwest. The General Staff stated that from the night of the 13th to the 14th, Ukrainian forces struck two facilities within the condensate processing and transshipment complex of Novatek, a large Russian natural gas producer, located at the Ust-Luga port, resulting in a fire on site. Media reports indicate that the complex mainly processes stable condensate into light naphtha, heavy naphtha, aviation fuel, and diesel, with some of the products supplied for use by the Russian armed forces.
