Jujie Microfiber announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jujie Company, has completed the transfer registration procedures for the land use rights and the buildings located at No. 162 Taishan Road, Suzhou High-tech Zone, purchased from Zhenglong Paper Industry, with a total price of 186 million yuan. Jujie Company has paid the full transaction price. The completion of this transaction marks that Jujie Company's "High-end Electronic Fabric Construction Project" has secured the necessary land and factory buildings for the project.
