According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongke Wenge (01956.HK) announced that on August 14, 2026, the company (as a limited partner) will enter into a partnership agreement with Guoke Xizi (as the general partner and independent third party) and Keqiao Jinkai (as a limited partner and independent third party) regarding the proposed establishment of a fund with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The company intends to contribute a total of 177 million yuan, accounting for 59.0% of the total fund investment.
