As of July 31, 2026, for the seven months ending, the group had total property contract sales of RMB 4.222 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 15.0%; the total contracted sales area was 631,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 20.0%; the average selling price per square meter was RMB 6,691, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%.
