Jucheng Co., Ltd. announced that the Senior Vice President of R&D and core technical staff member, Fu Zhijun, has resigned for personal reasons and has recently completed the departure and handover procedures. He will no longer hold any position in the company. His pre-resignation work has been assigned to Shao Dan, Li Shengjun, Chen Junfei, and Wang Shang, who, along with the R&D team, will continue development under the leadership of General Manager Zhang Jianchen. Fu Zhijun participated in the research and development of the patent for the "Mode Conversion Circuit," which is owned by the company's controlling subsidiary. The company stated that his departure will not have a substantial impact on its core competitiveness or ongoing operational capability.
