This year, the Three Gorges Hub's throughput has exceeded 100 million tons.

According to reporters from the Three Gorges Group, as of 0:40 on August 13, the throughput of the Three Gorges hub reached 100 million tons. Among them, the Three Gorges ship lock operated 5,863 lockages, with 21,562 vessels passing through, totaling 97.276 million tons; the Three Gorges ship lift operated 2,557 chambers, with 2,590 vessels passing through and 446,000 passengers, ensuring the smooth transportation of 28.468 million tons of daily necessities and 778,000 tons of key urgent materials across the dam.
