Nanmo Biology: Plans to invest 59 million yuan to establish the Yancheng Scene Venture Capital Fund.

On August 14, Nanjing Mo Biological announced that the company plans to participate as a limited partner in the establishment of the Yancheng Market Scene Innovation Application Industry Investment Fund Partnership. The total scale of the Yancheng Scene Venture Capital Fund is 300 million yuan, primarily investing in the artificial intelligence and biomedicine industries in Yancheng City. The company intends to contribute 59 million yuan from its own funds, and after the investment is completed, it will hold approximately 19.67% of the property interest in the Yancheng Scene Venture Capital Fund.
