Xinyong Zhonghe issued a special statement indicating that the significant uncertainties related to the companys ability to continue as a going concern mentioned in the 2024 financial statements have been resolved; the company's and its subsidiaries' restructuring plans have been fully executed, operations are normal, and the administrative penalty matters have reached 12 months. The Shanghai Stock Exchange will decide whether to revoke the warnings within 15 trading days after receiving the application, and the company's stock will continue to trade normally during the review period.
