In a recent announcement, Xinleineng stated that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the number of recipients not exceeding 35. The total fundraising amount shall not exceed 1.787 billion yuan, and after deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for the construction project of the Shenzhen Leineng manufacturing base, the industrialization project of electric motors and controllers in Beijing, and to supplement working capital. The issuance price will be no less than 80% of the average stock price over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance date, and the number of shares issued will not exceed 162 million. This issuance will not result in any change in the company's control.
