Gu Jia Home Furnishing announced that the company is issuing shares to specific investors, raising a net amount of 1.863 billion yuan. The company has adjusted the amount of funds to be invested in some fundraising projects; the "Functional Iron Rack Production Line Expansion Project" will now receive 30.982 million yuan, and the "AI and Retail Digital Transformation Project" will now receive 380 million yuan, with any shortfall to be financed through self-raised funds. Additionally, the "Brand Building Digital Enhancement Project" and the supplementary working capital will have increased implementing entities. Furthermore, the total increase in capital for each fundraising project implementing entity amounts to 917 million yuan.
