Zhitong Finance APP news, Future Development Holdings (01259.HK) announced that, starting from August 14, 2026: Mr. Huang Mingxiong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee; and Ms. Bu Yanan has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
